nice getaway

infinity pool great breakfast kind staff

I found two pools on the hotel. The lower level pool and the infinity pool on the terrace. the breakfast had a huge variety of cuisines. the staff were kind, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was wonderful.

I experienced a basic decor in the room and it did not look like the online photos. a musty smell was present in the room and bed sheets. walls were a bit thin. I could hear the occupants in the next room.

breakfast included many savory, sweet, and healthy options too. i ate lunch and dinner, and both were delicious and reasonably priced. i found the variety suited every taste. everything seemed fresh and beautifully presented.

a somewhat disappointing experience

moldy smell poor maintenance

The location was quite good. It was near the main street.

Our room felt humid. the air conditioning did not work properly, and it kept shutting off. a moldy smell was present. the room is in need of maintenance. I noticed some patch jobs.

the hotel is perfect location on one of the main streets. it is beautifully kept with great-sized rooms. this really enhanced the convenience of my stay.

the breakfast area experienced times when certain food items were unavailable, requiring us to find alternatives nearby.

a fantastic stay!

spacious room relaxing massage

the room was spacious with a great design. our terrace overlooked the pool area and the bed was very comfortable. the spa was relaxing with kind therapists. we had a wonderful massage , made for a very relaxing evening.

I wish there were a side gate for easier access to the nearby night market. this would really add more convenience to staying here. the hotel is very busy. Guests should secure a table early for breakfast.

stale pastries weak coffee

i found the breakfast buffet disappointing it seemed geared more toward quantity than quality. the selection was vast however many items lacked flavor or tasted processed. i noticed the fruit wasn't always fresh and some pastries were stale. the coffee was weak too i had to ask for a stronger brew each morning. this really dampened my mornings i hoped for better considering the hotel's reputation.

large room efficient service van transfer tour agent

The room was large. Room service was good and efficient.

I booked transportation to Koh Lanta through the hotel. HOWEVER, the 2.5 hour van trip turned into over 5 hours. They did not tell me about van transfers.
